I'm a customer-focused software leader who builds award-winning teams and products to serve them. I'm a former nine-time Microsoft MVP who has built award-winning apps in various industries, including publishing, education, and healthcare.

I've rolled out secure, governed AI to 300+ developer departments and improved token efficiency by over 70%. I embed AI into existing systems, build AI-first products so humans and agents can work together, and I've used AI to build lead-generation and sales tools. When I'm not working, I'm being the best husband and dad I can be to my wife and four kids. I volunteer on the board at Founders Forge, helping entrepreneurs by putting on events like Startup Mountain Summit. I also play guitar at church and co-organize the TriDev developer meetup.
